Our Concierge services are an extension of our security guard services, our concierge staff undergoes the same rigorous selection process and pre-assignment training as our security officers, but each concierge receives additional intensive instruction for telephone etiquette and public relations skills.
Client care is our hallmark in the industry. Concierge team provides Services such as providing directions to local shops and restaurants, verifying dinner reservations, handling dry cleaning, and dealing with management requests; these are all second nature to our concierge team. A Security Concierge minimizes risk and maximizes your safety by patrolling your building and inspecting common areas. All Security and Maintenance issues are reported in real time and detailed in our electronic daily activity report.
