At EES Private Security our main objective is to offer the best private security services in Southern California. To be the best private security company in SoCal we need applicants who are looking to build a solid and rewarding career as a private security officer. EES Private Security has part-time, full-time, and commission-based positions available and we offer competitive compensation, great environment, ongoing training, and promotion depending on your work. In order to be a part of the EES Private Security team we require all of our candidates to go through our six step hiring process which consists of submitting an application, your application being reviewed, preliminary interview, background check, orientation, and training for assigned post. All security officers must have a security guard card or if not, they must obtain one from BSIS.
